Task: The law firm provides legal services in the protection of the rights of citizens in the course of legal proceedings. Several lawyers work in the office. When the client applies to the office, a case is initiated. Several lawyers can work on one thing. In this case, it is considered that the client of the office in each case is one (since from the point of view of protection, the interests of each client may contradict the interests of another person, even if they are close people, employees, partners, etc.).
In each case, lawyers carry out certain legal procedures, each of which is paid. As a result, the case is heard in court and either is won by the client (the office) or is lost. In the event of a loss, the customer pays the office of its services at a nominal value, in the case of a win, taking into account the premiums established in accordance with the contract for this case.
The developed information system should ensure the automation of the following operations within the chosen subject area:
• keeping records of customers (with the ability to view, edit, delete, add new ones);
• keeping records of employees (lawyers - with the ability to view, edit, delete, add new ones);
• keeping records of cases (with the ability to view, edit, delete, add new ones);
• keeping records of actions in the case (with the ability to view, edit, delete, add new ones);
• Automating the selection of the actions performed for each case;
• Automation of selection of lawyers engaged in each of the cases;
• automation of selection of cases for each client;
• formation of the account in the case;
• summing up the results for each of the employees (lawyers);
• Forming a to-do list for a given period of time.
